UNFURL: Spring Equinox Renewal
As light and dark come into balance the Spring Equinox offers us the gentle turning point, a moment to soften out of Winter and allow new life to move naturally through us, and in its own time.
UNFURL is a nourishing seasonal Spring Equinox gathering held partly in nature, created to support embodied renewal without pressure or striving. Rather than pushing into change we allow whatever is ready to open to do so naturally.
The morning/afternoon will flow gently through:
: a freshly foraged Springtime herbal welcoming beverage designed to support circulation and spring vitality
: a short grounding breathwork practice – to gently ground, settle and awaken, or to activate and cleanse, matching the qualities of the foraged herbal beverage
