The Barn Theatre at Gaunts House - Evening soundbath

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Please be mindful that Gaunts House is set within the countryside, where external lighting is limited, and it will be dark when you arrive and leave.

Gaunts House itself, along with the entrance to the Barn Theatre, will be illuminated.

Members of staff will be on hand with torches to guide you safely to and from your vehicle.

This soundbath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where you are bathed in soothing sound waves created predominantly by the crystal singing bowls, along with tibetan bowls, koshi chimes, ocean drum, and other percussion. As you lie comfortably, the layered vibrations wash over you, guiding your body into relaxation and your mind into a calm, restorative state.
