Join us at the height of the sun for a ceremonial half-day retreat honouring the Summer Solstice — the point in the wheel of the year when daylight reaches its peak and the season begins is gradual turn.

This is a moment to pause and take stock: to recognise what is thriving, what needs clearing, and what you want to carry forward into the second half o the year.

Through cleansing and energetic preparation, solstice-themed breathwork inspired by the sunflower, immersive forest bathing, and a guided light body activation in nature, you will be invited to attune to the frequency of midsummer and the radiance already alive within you.
