As Summer gently gives way to Autumn, Lianne and Amanda invite you to join them for their fourth seasonal half-day retreat at the beautiful Gaunts House, surrounded by ancient woodland and magnificent old trees.

At the Autumn Equinox, light and darkness briefly find balance. It is a beautiful time to pause, honour the harvest of Summer, reflect on what has ripened within us and gently release what we no longer need to carry forward.

Our plant ally for this retreat is Hawthorn — a heart-centred plant, protected by thorns. As its delicate Spring blossom transforms into deep red berries, Hawthorn invites us to explore openness, protection and healthy boundaries.
